KOLEJ-OVA

The student dormitory is located at the intersection of the existing Na Karolina Street and the newly planned Vysoké nábřeží Street, i.e. at the end of the planned territorial change in Ostrava. The goal of the project was to design affordable housing for university students that would provide them with all the necessary services. On the ground floor, in addition to the main entrance hall of the dormitory and the side entrance with the wheelhouse, there are also commercial spaces for rent that serve the needs of urban life. The next floors are used only for the purpose of the dormitory and its students, and there are rooms, common kitchens and study rooms.
