Virgola is a table lamp with simple and minimal lines. The element that characterizes it is the cast iron base, with soft and bold shapes, which creates a continuous element with the aluminium lampshade. From an aesthetic point of view, I wanted to create a continuity of lines between the base and the lampshade. The idea behind this lamp is to use modern and unusual shapes for this type of product with the use of ancient technology, such as foundry.
