GreenScape

The proposed project in Čelákovice combines urbanism and an ecological lifestyle along the lines of Regen Village. It focuses on single-family homes with integrated greenhouses for growing their own food, community spaces such as a pub, a co-working space, a day centre and a community centre. It supports the local economy by trading local produce and raising awareness of sustainability through workshops. Sustainability is ensured through photovoltaic systems, heat pumps and innovative hypodronic planting. The project integrates symbiosis with nature through the farm building and animals. Ecological mobility is promoted by cycling and car sharing. A central water area with a solar water treatment system provides a source of water for the residents.
