Annotation

The project of a new building for the expansion of the Museum of Public Transport is located on the grounds of the former Královské Vinohrady coach house from the end of the 19th century. The so-called Orionka complex includes three halls that served not only as depots for trams, trolleybuses, buses, assembly and other vehicles of the transport company during its existence, but also an administrative building and various outbuildings. The new building is located in the western corner of the plot in the place of the "monument" of trolleybus transport. 1PP, 1NP and 2NP therefore serve for the exhibition of trolleybus and bus transport. The 3rd floor is designed as an office space. The 1st floor is complemented by a cafe and the entrance hall of the given section of the exhibition.
