Prospect Residence

Prospect Residence stands in Ostrava city, Dolní Vítkovice district, which is currently mainly abandoned brownfield. The building stands out for its oblique element, which divides the mass into two distinct parts. Their common part is a green terrace in the 20th floor, which, together with the loggias on the sides of the front facade, reveal the Beskydy Mountains and the Ostravica River in the silhouette of the city. The building stands on a raised platform. It adds a garden for each of the ground-floor appartments.
