APARTMENTS OSTRAVA !!!

The task for this semester was to design a multi-story residential building of smaller dimensions with a specified width and depth of 32x15m. It is a seven-story residential complex designed to meet the demands of modern living, where a combination of aesthetics, functionality, and comfort is key. At the same time, it must meet the requirements placed on today's residential buildings. The layouts of the apartments are designed to offer sufficient privacy while still being open and somewhat airy. Each larger apartment features a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, creating a pleasant environment for everyday life. Thanks to large windows and recessed balconies, maximum light permeability and natural airflow into each apartment are ensured.
