Viladům Čelákovice

The design consists of two smaller L-shaped residential buildings creating one coherent complex. The buildings are partially 2 and partially 3 storeys tall and there is in total 11 apartment units of different sizes, ranging from studios to 2 bedroom. On the ground floor, facing the street, there is a café with characteristically shaped arched glass walls. Every house has it’s own semi-private east-facing terrace and there is a shaded courtyard in between the buildings, suitable for outdoor events or for children to play in. The courtyard also help to cool the complex from within during hot summer months.
