Terraces of public space

With the growing number of city inhabitants, there is an urgent need to expand and develop the peripheries as well. This trend is not an exception in Prague, where Dolní Počernice is becoming an increasingly prominent peripheral part with the potential to become an attractive area with new housing units, expanded public services, and excellent transport accessibility. I applied this principle not only to the proposed buildings but also to the elementary school. The terraces at the new square provide desirable living spaces and enliven the city's public spaces by creating urban gardens.
