The proposal for the industrial complex of the Baťa factories in Zlín focuses on revitalizing the environment and promoting pedestrian and bicycle traffic. The complex is divided into two parts. The communication on the southern side of the complex is designed as a mixed zone with a preference for pedestrians. To alleviate automobile traffic, a newly introduced tram also runs along this route. In the northern part, the goal was to achieve a greater proportion of green coverage and reduce the number of parking spaces. Both streets also serve for the supply of local businesses. In the spirit of František Gahura's ideas, we extended the avenue currently interrupted by two busy main routes through the city. The solution envisions the creation of two overpasses above these routes.
