BROZÁNKY AROUND

The design of the residential development in Brozánky includes the connection of the current fragmented development with the main residential street, which will create a circular street. The development will respect the existing character, will be ground floor with residential storey and gable facing the street, with houses arranged so that the facades do not face each other. Transport infrastructure includes new dual carriageways, a circular avenue and a catchment car park to reduce the number of cars. A better connection to the Elbe cycle route and the creation of a new cycle path connecting Býkev with Mělník via Brozánky are planned. The existing first class road will be separated by an isolation green from the new development, the main streets will have tree planting in a wide green.
