The Blocks

In connection with the urban planning assignment of the North Gate of Prague, a part of the block development is designed within the free assignment. It is located approximately in the middle of the project area. It is located between the main avenue and Střížkovská Street. The development situated at the main avenue reinforces the street line with its mass. It slowly disintegrates towards Střížkovská Street and is loosely connected to the surrounding buildings. The inner block serves as a public space. It is designed as a park and space for recreation. At the same time it forms a pedestrian link between the mentioned streets.
