Heroic Urban Link

The "Heroic Urban Link" project focuses on transforming the parcel (former bus station) along Dukelských hrdinů Street in Kladno. This street is becoming an important urban avenue, connecting the city centre with the future Vojtěšská Huť district. The goal is to create a dynamic and functional space for both residents and visitors. I have designed a commercial parterre, parking areas, apartments, and a library, all connected by various public spaces for leisure activities. The project works with the terrain, eliminating the need for underground parking. The main feature is above-ground parking integrated into the building structures, which include commercial spaces on the ground floor, parking areas above, and apartments with courtyards or a library with a public garden on top.
