Apartment block Výstaviště

The task of the summer semester was the processing of the Výstaviště area in the town of Písek. The area is located on the left bank of the Otava river between the river and the E49 highway. The use of the area is mainly recreational, there is also a primary school, a home for the elderly or the building of the city police. In our assignment, we deal with minor urban modifications and changing the function of the entire area. I am processing one of the apartment blocks together with its immediate surroundings. The concept of my apartment block is to create apartments for several different groups of residents, which together will create a functional community. As an investor, the cooperation of the city together with private investors is intended.
