The area in question is in northeastern Prague, specifically in districts Prague 8 and Prague 9, dominated by the modernist housing estates Prosek and Ďáblice. The D8 highway, Liberecká Street, enters the city from the northeast in the Střížkov area and is part of the north-south Prague artery. The main goal is to relocate part of Liberecká Street into a tunnel and create a linear park that connects the housing estates and provides a pleasant environment for living and recreation. New pedestrian paths and cycle routes are proposed to enhance non-motorized mobility. Another key element is creating a new urban avenue parallel to Liberecká Street, which will be replaced by the park.
