PARKING HOUSE OF THE FUTURE

The main concept of the project is the removal of parking spaces in the streets of the Old Town of Prague, which will allow for significant urban planning changes in the public space, especially the expansion of pedestrian routes and the addition of greenery to the historic buildings of the city. The project specifically focuses on the area around Paris Street. The subject of the proposal is a sustainable parking house that, thanks to its typological design, will allow for easy conversion into a gallery in the future. The parking structure is surrounded by a newly designed pavilion apartment building, creating a new development that fits seamlessly into the residential fabric of the historic centre.
