The New Šmukýřka

Šmukýřka, a historic homestead from the beginning of the 18th century, is currently dilapidated and looking for use. The proposed care home for the elderly will give the place a new spirit and at the same time enable the revitalization of the buildings of the homestead and the adjacent park. Compared to the current state, it will be expanded and greenery will be planted instead of the existing unsightly garages. This will compensate for the built-up area with the client's rooms. The extension will also enable the connection of the park with the home, so clients can spend sunny days not only at the tables in the courtyards, but also by walking among the greenery or meditating in the chapel in the middle of the park.
