Palak Palace

The project aims to utilize the potential of the area by creating Willson Boulevard in place of the current highway. The street profile includes a tram line in the center, rows of trees on the sides, and an urban character of buildings. I preserve the western part of the existing Vrchlického Gardens, complementing it with block development to create a fully functional, socially controlled space. To increase the capacity of the Main Train Station, I clean up a new departure hall, relocate commercial spaces to new areas above the existing departure hall, and create a multifunctional urban palace called Palák, serving as a shopping center, administrative building, and residences.
