Spa focused on mental health

This is a spa building located in the center of Teplice. The building completes an undeveloped street and measures 257 meters in length. It respects the longitudinal line of the terrain and is therefore horizontally divided. The new spa building at this location connects two spa sections into one unit. It responds to the surrounding slope and complements it. Its dominant feature is the terraces with greenery. It offers many functions that are also intended for locals, such as a mental health center, spa treatments, coaching, as well as various bars and restaurants. The intention was to create a place where spa guests and local residents can meet and spend their time. An important element of the design is also the connection of the lower terrain with the park above it.
