The project deals with the area between Bulovka and Střížkov, where a scar is created by the motorway exit in Liberecká Street. The Liberec road is brought into a tunnel with a connection to the city ring road. In its place we propose a new urban avenue with a tram line. On the three main axes - new Liberecká, Vysočanská and Zenklova - new centres of the proposal are being created - Na Stráži na Bulovce Square and the business centre Stříškov, built on the canopy spanning Liberecká Street. The entrance to the city is dominated by two high-rise buildings and the volume of the new building of the National Library. Between the centres, a residential development with its own centre is being built in Střížkovská návsi with a connection to the surrounding natural parks with a view.
