Visitor Center Klárov

The Visitor Center project is located in park near the metro station, which many tourists pass through every day. I designed the building along a busy road in such a way that its mass shields the rest of the park from the noise of passing cars. The Center is sunken in the slope and is divided into several floors at different levels. On the first floor, accessible from the park side, there is a bistro with a high ceiling and balcony for bistro's guests. There is also an information center with seating, digital information kiosks and public toilets. On the second floor, there is a gallery that can be used as a lecture or screening hall or a space for private events. Visitors can also use the terrace.
