The new Faculty of Information Technology will be on the last plot in the CTU campus, adjacent to heritage zone. This influenced the design to respect surrounding buildings while incorporating modern elements like the movable panel façade, which plays with light. The building has two skylights for natural light and uses panels and blinds for shading. Glazed respiriums address issues of dark, uniform study spaces, aiming to create a pleasant, bright place for students to stay after classes. Study spaces include illuminated atriums, individual pods, larger rooms, café, and a large multifunctional terrace for study and relaxation. The terrace is designed for social interaction and outdoor events. The design exceeds current faculty requirements, balancing external order with internal vibrancy.
