Střížkovská náves as the new centre of Old Střížkov. The basic element is a pair of ponds connected by a brook. The southern part has a cultural and social function. The surface is designed as a paved area, which serves as a gathering space for festivals and markets. The northern part is designed as a park for recreation and children's games. There is a children's playground on the bank of the creek connected to water play features in the widened creek bed. On the upper pond there is a wooden pier and resting chairs. The caravan park is lined with residential dwellings with retail and commercial ground floor. At the northern end it is terminated by a farmhouse with a courtyard, which functions as a cultural centre.
