Is it possible to "fix" a village? To connect it with the beautiful surrounding nature? To restore local landmarks in the right context? To renew the relationship of the inhabitants with their village?
The proposal for the revitalization of these weak points needs to be sustained in the long term. For this reason, I propose a Bauhof - a modular hall, which will be partially owned by the municipality. The rest of the hall is flexibly rentable, thus offering opportunities for smaller leaseholders as well. A volunteer fire station is also proposed in response to the establishment of the local fire brigade.
The buildings communicate with each other through their mass and façade solution. The façade is made of polycarbonate panels, and the buildings are covered with shed roofs.
