NO BOUNDARIES

No boundaries. In old age, people may feel that they are being excluded from society. The house is therefore located in Prague Braník, close to Branický Square and the Kunratický Brook. This as yet unused location allows boundaries to be broken down. It offers a connection between society, peace and privacy. Seniors have the opportunity to engage in various cultural activities, spend time with loved ones in multifunctional spaces with a dining room, and at the same time enjoy the peace and quiet and take a walk in the private garden, which is connected to the common areas. The house also has a very simple shape, but this allows the elderly to find their way around better. Although the building is divided into five units, seniors can gather in the common areas and form a united community.
