in rokycany I am looking for boundaries, exploring where and how public space ends, defining streets, narrowing them, widening them, moving them I´m removing barriers, reducing parking, changing surfaces. In my design, I address the "castle circuit", which is a transitional place between the historic city and the loose development of prefabricated houses and single-family houses. The aim is to connect these different areas and create a circular road that changes its dimensions, its appearance according to the character of the places it passes through,but above all it strengthens the pedestrian permeability of the centre. I am focusing in detail on the entrances and gateways to the city, which are the most neglected and de-urbanised, yet the most used.
