Youth Centre

The building site is located within Pod Jelením Skokem area, on a narrow and elongated triangular corner. It is bordered on two sides by street and on one side by a firewall of a monument building. The site is located on a sloping terrain with an existing parking lot and a few trees. The strength of the site is that it is on a hillside with a very nice view, which would be a key element of the design. The function of the building is a centre for young people, where they can study alone or in groups, do creative activities or just relax. The aim is to provide a space and facilities where young people can learn about activities they are interested in, such as IT, art, music, crafts. The building will also provide a dining area and a community roof garden.
