In designing the high-rise building in Holešovice, I aimed to integrate the structure with the surrounding urban environment while adding value for both residents and the broader community. The 62-meter building occupies the site of a former structure, with a reduced volume on the eighth floor. The façades are horizontally divided, incorporating planters to introduce a natural element. The northern façade is a solid load-bearing wall, ensuring privacy and stability. The ground floor includes a double-height commercial space. From the second to the fourth floors, there are 1+kk and 2+kk apartments, with larger units on higher floors. The fifth floor features a communal terrace, and the eighth floor hosts a spa. The top floors offer spacious 4+kk apartments with city views.
