On the street Jindřišská is a café with an access to the garden on the ground floor.
The function of upper floors is based off a great amount of schools nearby. The art school is closed to public. However it can be transformed into a gallery and all four floors will be accessible.
On the street Růžová is a bistro opened to the garden, a student centre with lounge on the ground floor and a study upstairs. The rest are flats for youngsters.
