The parking house in the southern suburb of Pilsen will be built on an abandoned plot of land near the hockey arena. It will offer parking for cars, motorcycles and bicycles, thus improving the traffic situation in the area. The ground floor will house commercial units and a supermarket, while the upper floors will be used for parking. Its gable will enclose the newly created square. The dynamic facade emphasises the corner, but at the same time its shape respects the surrounding buildings.
