Annotation

The first task involved using scanning technology to enhance objects in public spaces through 3D printing, starting with common items such as columns and benches. I chose a column as the basis for my design, aiming to create a structure that would benefit its surroundings; this led me to design a bird pool. The second task required creating a shape that could support weight using only one continuous line, with dimensions of 10x10x14 cm for 3D printing. I based my design on a truncated cone, as this shape effectively distributes weight. The third task aimed to create an architectural element specifically designed for large-format 3D printing. This structure was intended to be easily decomposed into smaller components for straightforward assembly.
