Apartment building Lochend

The studio project aims to design a residential building in a new Lochkov district near the planned town hall and a square. The 15 × 20 m plot, situated in a quiet setting with access to public services, adjoins another building. Nearby buildings form a small block with a park. Shared underground parking, accessible from the west side of the plot, connects the buildings. The building features flexible apartment layouts ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, focusing on a balance between private and shared spaces. A communal room with a kitchenette and restroom is included in the design, providing residents with a welcoming space for gatherings. The concept aligns with modern housing trends and fosters a sense of community in the emerging district.
