The apartment building is located in a newly designed urban complex located on the grounds of the current Kindergarten K Podjezdu, which is relatively neglected in its current state. The new urban plan not only preserves the kindergarten, but also brings new civic amenities to the location in the form of a gallery, cinema, brewery, rehabilitation center and more.
Rehabilitation and exercise is a function that works within my house. On the south side, people recovering from a physical injury can visit a modest rehabilitation center with physiotherapy and hydrotherapy, while on the north side, the function of yoga and Pilates exercise method are combined. The house also includes commercial space for rent, of course.
