The project focuses on designing a new residential quarter in Lochkov near Prague, which sensitively blends with the existing character of the area while responding to the demands of modern living. My goal is to connect high-quality residential spaces with community life through the Baugruppe concept, which promotes collaboration and social interactions among the residents. Emphasis is placed on flexible apartment layouts for couples, families with children, and individuals, as well as on creating shared spaces such as galleries and community areas. These spaces serve as natural meeting points that strengthen the bonds between residents. The proximity of public and civic amenities ensures a convenient daily life and supports an active social environment.
