The house is located on the Nusle side of the railway opposite the Vršovice railway station. Currently, there are single-storey halls on the site. The design complements the existing block development. It is a residential building in a busy location near a railway underpass. Therefore the ground floor is mainly used for commercial purposes and the residential yard is open to the street. The house has a solid, urban facade in a light color and large windows. Despite its size, it looks elegant and modern.
