FILE OF LOCHKOV BUILDINGS

As part of this studio assignment, it is to design a new urban district of Lochkov, which is located on the outskirts of Prague. The main goal of the project was to create a peaceful and safe area for life. The assignment was to design an area in which there is an apartment building, townhouses and family houses. The apartment building consists of apartments from 1+kk to 4+kk, which are mainly intended for families with children, seniors and young couples looking for starter housing. Terraced and single-family houses are intended more for families with children, where they also have access to spacious private gardens.
