Second breath for Náchodská

I am proposing an integrated apartment building located on a plot of land near Náchodská Street, in Velké Poříčí. The building has a public parterre that connects the two main arteries of the city - the school and the centre, where local residents and students are the main actors, and through the social spaces in the form of a café and a park, it tries to unite these different worlds. There are twelve housing units that are suitable for families, students and the elderly. The street-front façade tries to give a dignified impression, helped by the paved area with trees, but the contrast with the park-facing façade is important, where it is more of a semi-public to semi-private space, in the form of seating and wooden elements on the façade.
