Residential building - Pilsen Vertical

I have designed a modern residential building with 17 floors and a height of 51 meters, which combines duplex apartments and flats on the top two floors. The goal of the design was to create functional and pleasant living spaces that meet the needs of modern residents, with an emphasis on community living and the accessibility of public spaces. The building includes apartments ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk. The ground floor features commercial spaces such as a café and a shop. A shared inner courtyard, which includes a children's playground, offers residents additional community space.
