Annotation
The proposal deals with site on the corner of Svobody Square in the town of Zákupy. I designed a trio of objects that define a kind of courtyard right in the city center. The architecture of the buildings aimes to enhance the urban character of Zákupy, and the proposal tries to respond to the missing services in the city. An active ground floor is designed in a pair of apartment buildings, which, together with the elementary art school, bring life to the courtyard and create space for other activities.
