APARTMENT HOUSE PODOLÍ

The seven-story residential building is located in the Prague district of Podolí, in a gap between buildings. The building combines residential spaces with commercial and administrative functions. The ground floor of the building is reserved for commercial use. The next six floors contain apartments of various types – four floors are designated for 2+KK apartments, and two floors are for larger 4+KK apartments. The basement extends into the courtyard, where it connects to an administrative building attached to the neighboring blind wall. Both buildings have their own separate garden in the inner block. The facade of the residential building facing the street is clad in prefabricated concrete panels. Starting from the second floor, the panels are tinted in red.
