MUNICIPAL HOUSING NOVÉ VYSOČANY

The thesis is a follow-up to the pre-diploma seminar, which was focused on the analysis of municipal rental housing, the Prague Development Company and selection of potential sites for the construction of municipal housing in Prague. The basis for the site selection was a list of city-owned land currently used for car parking, which the master plan allows to be developed for housing. Based on this seminar, Nové Vysočany was selected, specifically the unfinished apartment block bounded by Novovysočanská, Skloněná and U Nové školy streets. The apartment block is further specifically designed in this thesis.
