APARTMENT BUILDING ÚSTÍ NAD LABEM

The assignment for this semester was to design a terraced apartment building in Ústí nad Labem in the Krásné Březno district of the city. There is a park and the Cadastral Office for the Ústí Region near the building. The building is 22.6 m wide, 25.9 m high and has eight floors. The entire residential area is raised from the ground by 0.9 m. On the north side there is a staircase and a ramp enabling barrier-free access. On the ground floor there is a studio, 2+1 and 4+1, all apartments have a terrace facing south with a view of the park. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a storage room, a stroller room and a room for garbage cans. On the second, third and fourth floors there are two studios and two 4+kk. On the fifth and sixth floors there is one studio and two 4+kk.
