On the Corner

The multifunctional apartment building "Na Rohu" is located on the very corner of Velkého Poříčí Square and is therefore tasked with properly completing and finishing it. The house is intended to respect its surroundings and at the same time add value to the square. The building has three floors above ground with a district doctor's office and a pharmacy on the ground floor and apartments on the remaining floors above ground. The house also has one underground floor with cellars. The house is also adjacent to a garden, on which a walking area with seating and flower beds alternate in a terraced manner. The shape of the terraces in the garden reflects the round balconies, which form the dominant element of the entire building.
