REUSE-HYBRID ŽIŽKOV

A modern, multifunctional building designed to meet the needs of Žižkov residents will replace the original post-war hall. The project blends parking, sports, and community activities while staying true to the neighborhood's character. The structure features a clean, simple design with a wooden façade that seamlessly integrates into the surroundings. The lower levels are dedicated to parking, with capacity optimized to free up streets for new public spaces. These spaces will include green areas, benches, and spots for relaxation. At the top, there will be a sports hall—a versatile space for physical activities and community events. The aim is to create a project that serves the needs of the modern urban community and enhances the quality of life in the area.
