City hall Lochkov

The new City Hall building, located on the square in the south-western part of the newly planned area, is not only an administrative centre but also a lively place for the local community. In addition to the offices of the authority, it offers a spacious ballroom for 250 visitors, ideal for cultural and social events. The building also includes a community centre that combines a café with a library, creating a space for meeting and sharing. City-owned apartments are available for future residents, which are accessed through an open atrium where each apartment has its own private front garden. A characteristic feature of the City Hall is its high-order arcade, which not only completes its architectural form but also reinforces the identity of the square.
