Terraced house in Krásné Březno

The theme of the joint project assignment was to create modern and functional housing that blends into the surrounding environment while introducing new architectural solutions. The row house is suitable for a wide range of residents, from families with children to individuals, with apartment layouts ranging from 1+kk to 3+kk. The terraces of the row house are oriented to the south, towards the park, which allows for maximum use of sunlight throughout the day, with a peaceful view of the greenery. The building has 8 floors and consists of 25 residential units.
