In a residential area in the neighbourhood of Zahradní Město in Prague, low-rise Academic Centre provides housing, working and relaxing spaces for students. The block of houses creates various public spaces. Each house offers a campus facility and a small flat. Coworking. The project of the Coworking is organized on three levels: ground floor with a working space, a kitchen and a print center, first floor containing a living room with a kitchen and an enclosed balcony and a meeting room for Coworking. The second floor has two bedrooms and a large roof terrace.
