Apartment building in aley OSTRAVA !!!

After a long industrial history, the city of Ostrava is looking for its new face - young and dynamic. Our design responds to this request with an apartment building at the head of an alley of six buildings. Airiness, lightness and openness. Three principles were the goal in the composition of this building. The ground floor of the building completes the urban space with two establishments. On the next 10 floors, it offers universal apartments. By receding the last floor, we created space for a green roof with a playground and chilling area. Balconies have complete white facades with pots of greenery, which is carried throughout the design. Waking up with a view of your own garden on the balcony, or enjoying the sunsets from above, is also part of living in our apartment building.
