The project is designed to fit into the surroundings and not to disturb the view of the neighboring villas. That's why it's built on downhill. A parking lot for cyclists welcomes you right from the driveway. There is also a footbridge that leads you to the upper floor with a reception and sanitary facilities. A little lower there are galleries, and even more lower there are art studios and a greenhouse. On the lowest floor there is furnished accommodation. The shape of the building is a cube 13x13x13. This cube is a kind of art itself. It combines simplicity, elegance, beauty and functionality.
