The building is designed as a single building composed of individual modules of accommodation units, designed for short-term rent for sports and recreation. Its articulation corresponds to the surrounding trees and the wavy water surface. The articulation also offers enough privacy of individual landlords, but at the same time sufficient interconnection in case the group of landlords knows each other and wants to spend the recreation together.
