Among conifer needles

The trail alongside the Prokopske valley is popular among the locals. The well-traveled trackway under the pine trees seems to be the alternative for the pedestrians compared to the road lining the hillside nearby. This trackway has been re-appearing since the mid 20th century and has always been used. The shade provided by tall pine trees attracts dog owners, elderly citizens and families. The hillside faces south and south-east so there is always plenty of sunshine here. I have designed a panoramic terrace for the locals to enjoy sunny days. Therefore I designed benches under the pine trees. When creating this concept, I worked with the frequent visitors and tried to highlight the natural beauty of this place.
